UFCW Disaster Relief Fund for California Fire Victims

According to state officials, the wildfires that ripped through Northern California and destroyed at least 8,400 homes and buildings. They caused immeasurable devastation. Loss of life, families left without homes, and communities destroyed. It’s beyond comprehension.

The wildfires have displaced thousands of UFCW Local 5 and 8 members and their neighbors in Sonoma, Mendocino, Napa, Yuba and Lake Counties.  Many have lost everything they own. We need all-hands-on-deck to help brothers and sisters affected.

To sisters and brothers affected by the wildfires: your labor family will stand by you in the days, weeks, and years to come. Working people standing together will help families rebuild and restore their homes and communities.

Thank you to everyone who is stepping up, especially our brave first responders who continue to run towards danger to save lives and help others.

UFCW Locals have set up funds to raise money for members. Please consider donating. Every little bit helps.
